JANNPAUL was incepted in 2010 from our parent company House of Hung Pte Ltd. With over 40 years of experience in the trade, JANNPAUL was established to provide customers an in-depth diamond education service, specializing in Super Ideal Cuts. Being a leader in the field of Super Ideal cut diamonds, JANNPAUL is also well known for our jewelry craftsmanship and customization services. In 2013, JANNPAUL was awarded the top SMEs Asia award in recognition of our growth and contribution to the industry.
JANNPAUL holds the largest collection of Super Ideal Cut diamonds and are in-house checked using professional tools such as the HCA calculator, Ideal scope, ASET scope, and Hearts & Arrows scope. All our diamonds are GIA/AGT certified.We work closely with our Master diamond cutters to ensure all our diamonds meet our stringent criteria, never sacrificing on the quality. In addition, JANNPAUL is known for our exceptional craftsmanship, using the state of the art 3D visualization software and wax molding technology.
From classic to modern designs, JANNPAUL offers an extensive collection of rings. Still can't find the ring design you like? Fret not. JANNPAUL offers ring customization services. Our in-house designer will tailor our ring designs to suit your individual style. All of our customizations comes with a realistic 3D render and wax mold. This would allow you to visualize your creation and perfect it to your style.
Our highly-trained professionals are dedicated to provide you in-depth information about diamonds. Each of our professionals undergo an intensive 3 months diamond knowledge training session and are well qualified to attend to your needs. Each appointment includes a comprehensive and personalized education in all aspects of a diamond and jewelry design. Our customers are able to view our diamonds under the Ideal scope, ASET scope, Hearts & Arrows scope, and other diamond analysis equipment, before making a decision. By evaluating your criteria, we can recommend a diamond exclusive to you, striking a perfect balance between quality and price.
All of our diamond jewelry is manufactured using the highest quality material and is inspected prior to delivery. We stand behind every item we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. Our lifetime warranty covers prongs tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating, and replacement of lost sidestones caused by broken prongs. You may also return your jewelry to our office for free prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating and cleaning for the life of your fine jewelry.
