We provide free carrier services to Singapore. All of our international orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority. Your order will be securely packaged and fully insured while in transit to your home or office

Your order will only be shipped after it passes our quality inspection. All of our jewellery and diamond rings will be shipped in one to three weeks, depending on the availability and design. If you require your jewellery or diamond ring to be shipped at an earlier date, please contact our concierge at sales@jannpaul.com

For your protection, JANNPAUL always:

- Insures and registers all items for their full value

- Uses only FedEx International Priority services for the fastest and safest delivery of high value packages

- Requires that all deliveries be made to a physical business or home address

- Disallows delivery to P.O Box addresses

- Requires an adult to sign for the package

- Allows for an alternative shipping address


If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at +65 67332925. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by JANNPAUL. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 3 days of receipt of your order. JANNPAUL will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

JANNPAUL provides international shipping to over 150 countries. International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country. Please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.

International customers excluding Singapore and Malaysia enjoy 30 days money back guarantee on their jewelry or ring purchases. This would allow our international customers who do not have a chance to view our jewelry and rings to shop with ease. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within the first 30 days of shipment for a full refund or exchange. For return item(s), you will only pay for return shipping and insurance fees. To return an item, simply email or call us and we’ll provide you the necessary procedures.

Items sent to our office without notification, packages shipped beyond the 30-day return period, or packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt. Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" to be deemed acceptable for refund or exchange. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted. Upgraded diamonds will not be eligible for returns. Certified diamonds must be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report, if not, they will not be accepted.
